Position Summary

Glenn supports welfare reform that will target the truly needy, but will not be a magnet for able bodied or out state individuals who come to our state to sign up for easy welfare benefits. We need to reform our welfare system so that able-bodied individuals who can work, will work. Specifically, Glenn believes work is medicinal and helps individuals mentally, emotionally and physically. It builds self-worth and independence.
